It's a fair question. "the memo was implemented". wtf does that mean? The memo wasn't a directive, or instructions of any kind. It was a plan of action. It was one person's legal justification of a controversial act. How do you "implement" a legal opinion?

we give these guys great responsibility and money and power and they mostly work in the backgrounds, if their shown to be doing shady things such as massive disinterest in following the law they should be strung up by their neck, play the big boy game in a criminal way u fall hard.

John Yoo is a complete douche. I cannot believe he is allowed to teach law. We are in VERY big trouble if he instructs others to act as stupid as he does. His stupid act is an attempt to cover up what an evil scumbag he is.
