This stuff will paint right over it, but for traditional hair dye, yeh, bleach it first or it'll come out all muddy lookin. You'll get a much cooler blue if it don't got to go over yer dark brown colour.

ok i have a question i guess I have brown hair and do i have to like bleach and stuff to dye it blue,coz ive heard it gets shitty when you try blue on brown or stuff.And i mean like real dye not spraycans

Is this bad for you hair? for halloween, i'm thinking of using this glow in the dark one. but i tried it out but it came out sort of chucky.
