As well spoken as you may be, bevewyvewyquiet, you don't know what you're talking about. The courts ruled LONG ago that ACCENTS rules do NOT violate ANYONES first Amendment rights, not in ANY way.

This controlling behavior is not acceptable. Regardless of how it came about, he was admitted for a question by Kerry and the forum organizers. At that point, his subject matter is not subject to control, provided it is free of obscenity and presents no "clear & present danger" to safety/security & this doesn't refer to the "danger" of exposing a politicians misdeeds! In fact, that is very much a primary purpose of the Freedom of Speech clause of the first amendment to our Constitution.

You cant just show up at someone elses event and talk as long as you want, and about whatever you want. Freedom of Speech doesnt mean you can crash other peoples events. If he wants to get his points across, he can have his own even. The idiot crying about police brutality, rodney king, should be tased for comparing this to realy brutality. This is a little crybaby getting tased and turning into a drama queen.

he is crying for a reason, first, it hurts, second, he is trying to get the attention of media and as you can hear his cry is louder than the man with the microphone, and third, probably besause he was confused after they tasered him

to correct some tard screaming brutality he was warned way before he was tasered and they are instructed to taser as opposed to beating him senseless then cuffing him , if you bend your wrists up so they cant cuff you they have to do something to make you comply a single low volt taser shock to wake you up (no more than a dogs shock training collar 250k,v) is milder than a baton to the head .if you dissagree its the gov, who tells cops which to use not the individual officer

I'm very sure even in our communist china, this guy won't be teasered in front of so many people, although he might be beaten really hard later on in prison. now who think us has freedom of speech, btw, is that what you are proud of?
