First one, it's like the Windows OS. The first windows was quite basic, but for that moment it was something much more interesting than a calculator. Nowadays the latest Windows looks much more better than the first one. But also is more complicated, different, buggy, fast. I mean, Ebm is not dead, some part remain in its origins, some part did some evolutions, but ebm is present in all of them. And You'll keep calling it windows, hehe. Second one, if you still love those ebm songs then of course it's not dead, maybe it's just sleeping And third, music is always creating new styles, new genres, but are they really new? many not, just little evolutions, but it's known that artists need to be the pioneers too. So being the creator of a new genre makes you also enter the hall of fame in the music history. So it's also probable that many would like to kill the king and be the new king."
