They not only conquered rock and roll, they kicked its ass Eventually the band split, but not without forming the legends of female rock. *************************************** I needed to make this trailer, I can't believe there are no other fanmade vids that I could find. Growing up this is the type of music I listened to, these are the girls I looked up to. I wanted to grow up to be Joan Jett or Lita ford. Not only were they independent "cool" women, but at the time there had been few teenage bands that ever found fame. These girls paved the way I have no video to work with so i used actual footage of the band, including audio with photographs of Kristen Stewart and Dakota fanning as Joan and Cherie.
